Returns are accepted only for eligible Immediate Purchase items and under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Eligible Items

  • Pre-Order items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange

  • Items showing use, wear, or damage after delivery will not be accepted
