Please note:
- Pre-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Immediate Purchase items can only be opened, checked, and tried on while the courier is present.
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery is completed and the courier leaves, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping and delivery may take up to 2 weeks, so please plan accordingly.

1. What types of products do you offer?
At Spendy Store, we offer a variety of clothing, accessories, and other premium items sourced from renowned international brands in the UAE, Turkey, and other countries.
All our products are 100% original and carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
Products are categorized as Immediate Purchase or Pre-Order, so please check each listing for details.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required on all orders to confirm your purchase.
Orders will not be processed without the deposit payment..
3. Are your products original?
Yes. All items sold at Spendy Store are 100% original, sourced from trusted international brands in the UAE, Turkey, and other countries.
4. Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, especially for Pre-Order items that are specially sourced for you.
5. What is the difference between Immediate Purchase and Pre-Order?
- Immediate Purchase: Item is available and ready for delivery.
- Pre-Order: Item is specially sourced upon request and may take longer to process.
Returns & Exchange
1. Can I return or exchange my order?
- Immediate Purchase items can only be opened, checked, and tried on while the delivery agent is present.
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.
- Once the courier leaves, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Are Pre-Order items eligible for return?
No. Pre-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
- You must report it immediately during delivery while the courier is present.
- Claims made after delivery is completed may not be accepted.
Shipping & Tracking
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on the item and location.
2. Do you deliver everywhere?
Yes. We deliver to all locations.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted with delivery details.

4. What happens if I refuse delivery?
If an order is refused without valid reason, shipping fees may be deducted and the deposit may not be refunded.
